(115 g) cake flour (low-gluten)<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp. baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 tsp. salt<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp. matcha<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup + 1\/4 cup + 1 Tbsp. sugar<\/li>\n<li>3 egg yolks<\/li>\n<li>4 Tbsp. vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup water<\/li>\n<li>4 egg whites<\/li>\n<li>1 cup fresh cream, whipped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and matcha.<\/li>\n<li>Add 1\/4 cup sugar to the egg yolks and beat until the mixture turns whitish.\u00a0 Add the oil and water and mix.<\/li>\n<li>Gradually add the sifted flour to the mixture and knead lightly into a dough.\u00a0 Do not allow it to become too sticky.<\/li>\n<li>In a separate bowl, thoroughly beat the egg whites and add 1\/4 cup sugar.\u00a0 Continue beating until the mixture stiffens like a meringue.\u00a0 Fold into the dough, stirring carefully so that the bubbles do not disappear.<\/li>\n<li>Heat the oven to 340\u00b0-360\u00b0 F (170\u00b0-180\u00b0 C)<\/li>\n<li>Pour the dough into a spring-form cake pan, and lightly tap the bottom a few times to remove trapped air.\u00a0 Bake for 35-40 minutes and remove from the oven.<\/li>\n<li>Place the pan upside down and let it cool.<\/li>\n<li>Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the fresh cream and whip.\u00a0 When the cake cools, remove from the pan and decorate with fresh whipped cream.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients 4 oz.
